Blai’s old website looked basic and did not represent who they were. The visual hierarchy was weak, the branding was inconsistent, and the UI felt bland. Users were confused about what Blai actually offered. The site was slow, the copy focused on features instead of benefits, and the overall flow felt messy. They needed a site that felt modern, clear, and aligned with their product.
We began with detailed competitor research to see what was converting in their industry and where others were falling short. Using those insights, we set a creative direction that felt techy, animated, and established without feeling overwhelming. We simplified the content, rebuilt the visual hierarchy, clarified the messaging, and focused every decision on conversions, clarity, and a stronger brand identity.
We redesigned the three main pages for Blai. This included a new layout, fresh visuals, and a more strategic funnel. We added smooth scroll animations, created custom graphics, and built a hero section where the phone follows the user into the next section and switches screens to show real AI prompt examples. CTAs were redesigned and separated clearly for the App Store and Google Play.
The new site became faster, clearer, more premium, and much more aligned with who Blai is. The client was very satisfied with the transformation. The project helped us refine the balance between animations, creativity, and conversions, and it set a strong standard for future app-focused designs.
