Situation
The Government of Pakistan was putting money behind the next generation of Pakistani startups. They were hosting an event where founders would pitch live and walk away with government investment. They needed a website that could speak directly to that younger, entrepreneurial demographic and get them to sign up.
Problem
Government projects don't typically scream cutting edge. But the audience here were young, ambitious founders, and a stiff or outdated design would've killed the energy before anyone even read a word. The website needed to feel innovative and exciting while still being easy to understand and simple enough to convert visitors into applicants.
Consideration
We leaned heavily into animation and motion to give it that cutting edge feel without sacrificing clarity. Every design decision was made with the young Pakistani startup founder in mind, someone who's seen the internet, has high visual standards, and won't stick around for something boring. The experience needed to grip them immediately and funnel them toward signing up with as little friction as possible.
Result
A highly animated, conversion-focused website for one of Pakistan's most significant startup investment initiatives. The government was happy. The founders showed up. The event delivered. A privilege to work on and one of the more unique briefs we've had, a government client, a generational mission, and a design challenge that actually demanded something bold.
