Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or a revised agreement.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% payment is required before project commencement

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final website transfer or launch

  • Delayed payments may pause project timelines

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • required content and assets

  • timely feedback and approvals

  • accurate project information

Delays in communication or asset delivery may impact project timelines.

5. Revisions

Project packages may include a limited number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the final approved website design and deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

V3 Digital Solutions retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Any third-party assets, software, fonts, or tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms or tools including but not limited to:

  • Framer

  • Shopify

  • Cal.com

  • Google services

  • analytics or marketing tools

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

V3 Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of revenue or profits

  • business interruption

  • third-party platform failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. No Guarantees

While we strive to create high-performing websites, we do not guarantee:

  • specific revenue increases

  • search engine rankings

  • advertising performance

  • conversion rates

Results may vary depending on factors outside our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • abusive behavior occurs

  • payments are not made

  • project communication becomes unreasonably delayed

  • requests fall outside legal or ethical boundaries

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
